DaVita IKC is an industry leader in Value-Based Care (VBC), managing over $5.5B in annualized medical spend nationwide. This executive leader oversees the general management, clinical outcomes, and physician partnerships for the "Titan" and “Endeavor” geography (Mid Atlantic and Southeast regions) We aren't just managing treatments; we are supporting patients holistically to address the totality of their healthcare needs. Our model creates a true "win-win-win” improving the lives of our patients, providing value to payors, and strengthening our provider partnerships. The Role Reporting directly to the IKC Chief Operating Officer, you will be a key member of the IKC leadership team. You will have full P&L accountability for ~$1.5B in annual medical cost and provide strategic direction to a robust regional team of clinical and operational leaders. Core Responsibilities Strategic Operational Leadership: Drive the development and execution of clinical interventions to achieve top-tier performance and patient outcomes across your geography. Physician Partnership: Build and maintain collaborative, high-impact relationships with nephrology practices and healthcare providers, drive behavior change and clinical alignment. Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of clinical (Nurses, Care Coordinators) and non-clinical teammates, fostering a "Village" culture that is both high-performing and engaging. Business Growth & Performance: Monitor operating results, deliver monthly operating reviews (MORs), and identify opportunities to scale the IKC program within your market. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the broader DaVita enterprise to ensure IKC initiatives are seamlessly integrated and drive total-village success. Lead Innovation Healthcare Delivery: Implement new and novel practices to address the totality of kidney patient healthcare needs. Qualifications

Operational Excellence: 8+ years of experience leading robust regional teams with significant budget/P&L accountability. VBC Expertise: Deep understanding of Value-Based Care models and the clinical/operational levers that move the needle on medical spend and patient outcomes. Relationship Architect: Proven track record of influencing physicians and healthcare partners to adopt new models of care. Clinical Leadership: Experience managing clinical staff (NPs, RNs, etc.) is highly preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Masters (MBA/MHA) strongly preferred. Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% within the geography to build presence and drive field results. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $200,000.00 - $292,000.00 per year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
