Description We are seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to lead large-scale, enterprise transformation initiatives within the client's People Care organization. This role will focus on driving adoption and enablement across two highly visible HR technology and process transformation programs. The consultant will partner closely with HR, People Partners, country support teams, and Senior leaders to design and execute change strategies that support new technologies, automated workflows, and compliance-driven processes. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of leading enterprise change initiatives, not just supporting them, with strong depth in enablement strategy and execution. This includes hands-on experience building learning journeys, e-learning assets, and adoption plans, as well as defining and measuring adoption metrics and analytics. The consultant will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, program-level communications, leadership-facing materials, and change planning. Success in this role requires a strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and the confidence to engage with leaders across multiple levels of the organization. Candidates who demonstrate curiosity and thought leadership around how AI is shaping the future of learning and development will be especially well-aligned, as this role is expected to evolve into broader AI initiatives throughout FY27. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $67.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
