* Do you speak multiple languages and want to work in global tourism? We are looking for people who speak Croatian to join our travel support team in Athens. You will be the voice of a massive travel company. We will help you move to the capital city of Athens, and later you can work completely from home from any town in Greece. The Mission: Helping People Have Great Trips In this job, you do more than just answer questions; you make sure vacations go perfectly. You will balance what guests want with their travel plans, keeping the service at a high international level. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Bilingual Help: Give expert advice to Croatian-speaking travelers and our network of hotel partners around the world. Managing Bookings: Take care of reservations from start to finish, including special trip requests and urgent cancellations. Solving Problems: Help guests and hotels talk to each other to fix money questions or issues with their stay. Computer Work: Use our main customer database software to keep all records correct and moving smoothly. Representing the Brand: Speak for a top global company using a style that is polite, kind, and professional. THE IDEAL PROFILE: LOGICAL & GOOD WITH PEOPLE We want adaptable workers who can use complex computer systems while still being friendly and helpful. Language Skills: Native or near-native Croatian, plus good professional English (B2 level or higher). People Skills: A communicator who uses kindness and stays focused on finding fast solutions. Digital Skills: Comfortable working quickly with different computer tools and software programs. No Experience Needed: You do not need to have worked in travel before—we give you full, paid training to learn the job. Work Hours: Ready to work 40 hours a week on a flexible, rotating shift schedule.
