We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as Customer Engagement Travel Advisors. In this role, you'll work directly with clients to help transform travel ideas into well-planned vacations. From initial conversations to trip preparation, you'll provide guidance, support, and coordination while building lasting client relationships. No prior travel industry experience is required—training and ongoing development resources are provided.
What You'll Do
Connect with clients to understand their vacation interests, travel goals, and preferences Explore travel options including resorts, cruises, guided vacations, accommodations, and activities Assist with gathering trip details and coordinating travel arrangements Share destination information and travel recommendations based on client interests Help oversee reservation progress and confirm travel details are accurate Provide ongoing support before and after bookings are completed Maintain organized customer information and activity records Stay informed about supplier promotions, new travel opportunities, and destination updates Participate in virtual learning programs and team collaboration meetings
