Overview

Recharge recently acquired Skio, bringing together two of the leading platforms in subscription commerce. As we continue operating and investing in both products, we’re looking for an ambitious Customer Success Manager to join the Skio team at Recharge. In this role, you’ll be the dedicated strategic partner for some of Skio’s most valuable merchants, helping leading e-commerce brands grow and retain subscribers while maximizing the value of the Skio platform. You’ll work closely with the Skio team while benefiting from the scale, resources, and shared innovation across Recharge. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of subscription commerce as Recharge and Skio build the next generation of subscription intelligence and merchant services together. What you’ll do Strategic Ownership: Own the financial health and strategic direction of a dedicated portfolio of Managed powerhouse brands. Your success is tied directly to the growth and retention of the biggest brands on the platform. Portfolios range from 30 to 40 accounts. Subscription Consulting: Act as the ultimate subject matter expert. You’ll advise C-Suite, VP-level, leadership, and relevant stake-holders on best-in-class strategies for subscription funnels, loyalty, and churn mitigation using Skio’s latest innovations. Product & Partnership Advocacy: Serve as the voice of Skio merchants internally across Recharge and Skio teams. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Support, and GTM teams to advocate for merchant needs and help shape the future evolution of the Skio platform and broader subscription ecosystem. Elevated Issue Resolution: Act as the ultimate escalation point for complex strategic or technical hurdles, driving fast, comprehensive solutions alongside our brilliant internal teams. Big-Picture Thinker: You’ll have a mastery of the Shopify ecosystem, helping merchants see how Skio fits into their entire tech stack to drive long-term success. What you’ll bring Years of Experience: 4+ years of progressive experience in strategic Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within the Managed Shopify ecosystem. Shopify & Subscription Mastery: Deep, current knowledge of the e-commerce subscription space and the technical nuances of the Shopify platform. Proven Track Record: A history of managing portfolios with multi-million dollar ARR and a knack for consistently hitting (and exceeding) goals. Executive Presence: Exceptional ability to lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), turning complex data into clear, actionable, multi-year strategic plans. Master Negotiator: High-level communication skills for high-stakes conversations with VP and C-Suite stakeholders. Bias for Action: A resourceful, "get it done" mindset necessary for thriving in a high-growth, technically focused company.

Compensation

Recharge’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. Salary ranges are designed to be competitive and aligned with country specific practices, while individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. The compensation listed is not inclusive of any equity and benefits that might exist in your total compensation package.
