About the Role
The Email Marketing Specialist will report to the Manager, Global Database Marketing and serve as an integral member of the email marketing team. This role is responsible for building, testing, scheduling, deploying, optimizing, and reporting on B2B email campaigns (from newsletters to event communications), while also collaborating closely with an external Marketing Agency by managing requests for asset creation (emails and landing pages), coordinating timelines, and ensuring campaigns are deployed successfully.The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and a deep understanding of best practices, paired with the technical skills to hand-code responsive email templates. This is a collaborative, cross-functional role that requires strong attention to detail, project management ability, and a passion for delivering excellent digital experiences. What You’ll Do Operate directly in Marketo to manage targeting, campaign building, QA, and scheduling for one-time and triggered email sends Work with the Marketing Agency: managing requests, coordinate their work on building emails and landing pages, align on timelines and requirements, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and internal approvals. Compensation
Transparency Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range. In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.
