Compensation Business Consultant
We're partnering with a client to find a talented Compensation Business Consultant to support a dynamic team. This role is based in either Los Angeles or Irvine, requiring in-office presence Monday through Thursday, with Fridays remote. The position is a temporary assignment lasting between 27 and 52 weeks. *Compensation Business Consultant Responsibilities:* * Provide expert guidance on compensation strategies and programs.
- Support and lead compensation projects, including market analysis and process improvements.
- Consult with business managers and HR on complex pay matters.
- Develop and deliver educational materials on compensation initiatives.
- Analyze the effectiveness of existing compensation programs and recommend improvements.
*Compensation Business Consultant Qualifications:* * Proven experience in compensation strategy and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of job analysis, market research, and plan design.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with Workday's advanced compensation features is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead compensation-related projects and influence senior management.
