- Oversee content planning, creation, and publication aligned with brand initiatives and product launches.
- Manage relationships with influencers and creators, including partnerships and content collaborations.
- Integrate social media and creator activities into larger marketing campaigns to boost demand.
- Lead and supervise team members responsible for content, seeding, and community engagement.
*Social & Growth Marketing Manager Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in digital marketing or social media management.
- Proven ability in creating and executing social media strategies and managing influencer ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals related to engagement and traffic generation.
- Experience leading teams and collaborating across departments and external agencies.
- Proficiency with Office 365, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with SQL preferred.
