Content Operation Specialist
Termgrid is rewriting the rules of private capital markets. We built the category-defining operating system for deal professionals — the platform where the world's most sophisticated private equity sponsors, lenders, and advisors manage every stage of their financing workflows. Founded in 2019 by Dipish Rai (Harvard MBA, IIT, Columbia; ex-Providence Equity) and Vishal Singh (Columbia MS CS; ex-CTO Link3D, acquired by Nasdaq: MTLS), Termgrid has achieved what few fintech companies dream of: 4 of the top 5 global private equity firms trust us as their core technology partner. 1600+ institutions. 30,000+ professionals. The Role We're looking for a Content Operations Specialist to be the connective tissue of our content function. This isn't a role where you execute a brief and move on. You'll own the content calendar, coordinate across writers, agencies, and internal experts, shape how complex financial ideas become compelling content, and make sure the right content reaches the right audience at the right time. \n What You’ll Do Own the content calendar and editorial pipeline: Plan and manage the editorial calendar end-to-end. Align content priorities with campaigns, product launches, and market moments. Keep everything moving, on time, and on brief. Coordinate contributors, writers, and agencies: Brief and manage freelance writers, agency partners, and internal subject matter experts. Own the feedback cycle, maintain style standards, and hold the quality bar across every piece that goes out. Support research and thought leadership production: Work alongside our SMEs to develop white papers, market surveys, research summaries, and commentary. Help translate complex financial concepts into content our audience actually wants to read. Repurpose and distribute content across channels: Take long-form content and extract maximum value: social snippets, email summaries, website highlights, and more. Know instinctively what works on LinkedIn versus a newsletter versus a landing page. Track performance and improve: Monitor content performance across channels. Bring insights back into planning. Work with digital and agency partners on SEO and AEO to improve discoverability.
