IT Operations Manager

We're passionate about making education accessible, engaging, and empowering for everyone. We're looking for an IT Operations Manager to lead and scale our IT function. This is a management role responsible for running the help desk team, owning core IT processes, and driving automation across the business. We're looking for someone organized, dependable, and proactive — someone who enjoys both leading operations and improving them through automation. What you will do Lead the help desk team: ticket triage, agent processes, knowledge base, and escalations Administer Google Workspace and manage access across a SaaS stack Own and improve core IT processes, including employee onboarding and offboarding Build and maintain no-code automations to streamline internal workflows and reduce manual work Troubleshoot identity, authentication, and access issues Support IT procurement and vendor coordination Drive cross-functional projects such as tool migrations and system integrations

Requirements

Prior experience in an IT operations leadership or senior role Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and a SaaS environment Strong skills in no-code automation tools (Jira automation, Make.com, Zapier, or similar) Experience leading or running a help desk function Comfortable troubleshooting identity, authentication, and connectivity issues Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes Familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus About you: A strong people manager who can lead a team and set clear processes Organized, reliable, and consistently on time with commitments Process-oriented — you spot repetitive work and automate it Service-minded — you care about employee experience Clear communicator who works well across teams What we can offer you Fully remote, full-time role with flexible hours to balance work and personal life.
