Java Engineer (Pool)

Once a matching client need arises, we may reach out to validate role-specific requirements and continue with the next steps in the process. While specific responsibilities will vary depending on the unique needs of each client and project, you will generally be expected to design, build, and maintain robust and high-performance applications using the Java ecosystem. We value engineers who take ownership of the development lifecycle, proactively resolve blockers, and maintain high standards of code quality and performance in fast-paced environments. Requirements: At least 3 years of professional experience as a Java Developer or in a similar backend-focused capacity. Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8 or higher) and core enterprise frameworks like Spring Boot or Jakarta EE. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and building RESTful APIs. Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. Interest or practical experience in leveraging LLMs and AI tools to optimize development workflows. Ability to adapt to different tech stacks, enterprise tools, and project requirements.
