About the Role

We are seeking a detail-driven Clinical Lead Generation ("CLG") Research Specialist to support our Clinical Lead Generation team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining accurate, high-quality clinician data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), directly supporting recruiting efforts for Physicians (MD/DOs), Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs), and Nurse Practitioners (NPs). Accurate data is the foundation of successful recruiting. By ensuring clinician licensure and credentialing information is clean, current, and accessible, you directly empower recruiting teams to identify and engage qualified clinicians efficiently. Your attention to detail helps drive hiring success, operational efficiency, and ultimately supports patient care delivery across the organization. Your work ensures that our Recruiting Specialists have reliable, up-to-date data to identify and engage top clinical talent efficiently. What You’ll Do Data Management & Integrity Maintain and update clinician data within the ATS Ensure accuracy and integrity of data for MDs/DOs, CNMs, and NPs Regularly scrub lists to remove outdated or incorrect information Licensure List Management Import and verify licensure lists for physicians and advanced practice providers Cross-check licensure details against state and national databases Update licensure status and expiration dates within the ATS Data Quality & Reporting Create and manage high-quality data sets for Recruiting Specialists Implement quality control measures and conduct regular audits Develop and maintain reports related to licensure and certification status Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Partner with Recruiting Specialists to understand data needs and provide tailored support Communicate updates and changes to internal stakeholders Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and workflow efficiency What You Bring Required Qualifications: 1+ year of administrative, data entry, or data management experience Basic understanding of data management principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Experience supporting recruitment or working within healthcare data environments Why Join OBHG: Join the forefront of women's healthcare with OB Hospitalist Group (OBHG), the nation’s largest and only dedicated provider of customized obstetric hospitalist programs.
