Commercial Executive - LATAM
Hacksaw Gaming is an award-winning online gaming provider creating innovative and engaging scratchcards, slots, and instant win games enjoyed by players worldwide. We are looking for an organized Commercial Executive to join our LATAM Team. If you are systematic, have an eye for detail and are passionate about building relationships, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Maintaining and updating internal CRM systems with accurate and accessible client information; Capturing promotions within internal systems and assisting with setup, including managing URLs and ensuring correct implementation; Building and managing relationships with assigned B2B clients and responding to their requests; Handling administrative tasks, including basic bookkeeping and coordination of internal processes; Identifying opportunities to improve administrative workflows and implement best practices; Assisting with client calls and providing support to the commercial team as needed. Essential Skills: Strong communication skills in English; Excellent organizational and time management abilities; Proven experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably within a commercial environment; Comfortable with technology such as Microsoft365 and Google tools; iGaming experience is ideal however not required.
