This role operates within a complex, matrixed environment to ensure effective delivery of partner skilling initiatives and measurable business impact. Core Areas Regional Skilling Strategy & Planning Stakeholder Alignment & Governance Program Execution & Performance Management Partner Ecosystem Enablement Insights, Reporting & Continuous Improvement Core Functions Design and implement regional skilling frameworks aligned to global priorities Drive execution of partner skilling initiatives and ensure measurable outcomes Manage stakeholder coordination across global, regional, and partner teams Define and track performance scorecards (certifications, adoption, engagement) Lead skilling campaigns, prioritization, and pipeline management Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve program impact Lead and mentor Program Managers to ensure delivery excellence

Align regional target plans with global strategy Identify and resolve execution gaps across regions Ensure visibility and governance of all skilling initiatives Monitor and report on success metrics including certifications and adoption Success Metrics Increased certification attainment Higher adoption of skilling programs Achievement of global targets at a regional level
Qualifications
