Remote Social Media Engagement -Travel Enthusiasts (French/English)

Do you have Social Media Engagement background? A passion for travel? Do you speak French? Do you enjoy engaging with users on Social Media? We're recruiting for Social Media Engagement moderators to will help market specific locations as attractive holiday destinations for people across the world through a world-class marketing program and via multiple platforms. Additionally, you will inform, engage and inspire potential visitors through e-mail, community forums, and social media. We are primarily seeking individuals located in Europe who are French/English bilingual. Commitment: 9 hours weekly Schedule Needs: Mon-Thu mornings, and Mon-Tue afternoons (GMT timezone) Timings and distribution flexible within those needs. Language: French (Primary Speaker) Ideal Candidate: Geographical knowledge of Ireland and places of interest on the island Travel experience Excellent writing skills (grammar, spelling, punctuation) in English and French. Ability to communicate tone in a creative manner on social media An empathetic approach to handling sensitive situations with care Experience working with various social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and Instagram Experience with proactive engagement across social media channels Experience with social media tools such as Conversocial (would be a bonus!) Professional community and forum experience The ability to research and source relevant answers to questions in a timely manner Flexible availability and willingness to pick up extra shifts at short notice are a plus! Experience exploring the island of Ireland is a plus!
