Customer Service Patient Liability Rep II
Overview
The incumbent is responsible for handling and resolving incoming customer inquiries and/or concerns escalated to them by providing patients/guarantors from both hospitals and physician's offices with a consistent and seamless experience, as well as acting as a leader to other team members. The incumbent is also responsible for following up on and collecting outstanding guarantor balances(both hospital and professional), through outbound phone contact, as well as providing financial counseling resources to physician's offices, hospitals, and patients/guarantors when necessary. This representative reports to the Director of Customer Service.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Education H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university Preferred Work Experience 2 years Relevant healthcare Revenue Cycle experience, preferably within a Customer Service or Patient Accounts setting Required Previous experience working with Epic Resolute Hospital and Professional Billing as well as Epic Single Billing Office (SBO) functionality Required Previous experience with or understanding of working in a Cisco Unified Contact Center environment Required Licenses and Certifications CPAR Certification Required Business Unit : Company Name Piedmont Healthcare Corporate Apply To This Job
