Job Description: Join Job Duck as a Marketing Operations Assistant and play a key role in supporting and optimizing day to day marketing initiatives. In this position, you will help drive brand visibility by managing content, coordinating digital efforts, and ensuring consistent execution across multiple channels. You will contribute to both creative and analytical aspects of marketing, from publishing content to tracking performance and identifying opportunities for growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly while continuously improving processes.   • Compensation Range: $1,245 to $1,350 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Collaborate with the team on ongoing SEO improvements Perform basic website updates as needed Research industry trends and recommend improvements to marketing strategies Track marketing KPIs and maintain organized reporting Manage internal programs such as Lunch and Learn sessions Coordinate responses to low quality or policy violating reviews Monitor and respond to reviews within established timeframes Engage in online communities while maintaining a value driven content approach Distribute press releases to increase brand visibility and search presence Prepare, format, and send newsletters, including content curation and distribution Support additional marketing projects and tasks as assigned Assist with SEO initiatives including keyword research and optimization Publish and manage website content in alignment with guidelines Support podcast organization, scheduling, and publishing Requirements: Required Skills

  • Solid understanding of on page and local SEO
  • Experience working with CMS platforms
  • Strong writing skills across multiple formats and channels
  • Ability to manage deadlines independently and consistently
  • Comfortable working with AI tools to improve productivity
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing platforms
  • Experience managing Google Business Profile or local listings
  • Experience with event or program coordination
  • Tools and Platforms
  • CMS platforms for website content management
  • Email marketing tools for newsletters and communication
  • SEO tools for keyword research and performance tracking
