The VP, Renewals and Customer Operations is a globally focused, results‑driven executive leader responsible for maximizing Annual Recurring Revenue Renewal Rates and ensuring the achievement of renewal rate and renewal billings targets. This leader owns the global renewals motion, drives accurate renewal forecasting, manages renewal opportunity pipelines, and oversees a world‑class customer operations function. WHAT YOU'LL DO Renewals Leadership & ARR Performance Own and drive achievement of quarterly and annual ARR Renewal Rate and Renewal Billings Targets. Lead the global Renewals organization, fostering accountability and performance. Develop strategies to optimize renewal rates, improve on-time renewals, and reduce churn. Collaborate closely with account teams and channel partners aligning objectives. Forecasting & Pipeline Management Own a rigorous, data‑driven renewal forecasting process. Manage renewal opportunities including pipeline development and execution. Optimize renewal workflows and operating mechanisms. Customer Operations Leadership Oversee retention‑focused operations including order fulfillment, licensing accuracy, and billing. Ensure timely and accurate order processing. Maintain product and licensing expertise. Team Development & Leadership Lead and develop high‑performing Renewals and Customer Operations teams. Drive hiring, coaching, and organizational alignment. QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of renewal operations leadership experience. Proven success leading renewal operations in a global software environment. Demonstrated accurate forecasting and pipeline management expertise. Experience with renewal operations across international and channel transactions. Experience leading both volume-based renewal processes as well as strategic high-touch renewal engagements preferred. Deep understanding of Cloud Based and On-premises business models and Enterprise deal constructs Strong collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills.
