DASI is embracing the potential of online sales and their digital marketplace, which has been growing exponentially and has tremendous potential with the right technology team in place to support and take it to the next level. Purpose: Your role will report to the Sales Director, working closely with your global counterparts to achieve your objectives and accountabilities. On a day-to-day basis, when not travelling, you will be based remote from home, or out of our office space in Singapore. You will also collaborate with your counterparts in Repairs, Purchasing and Sales Support across regions in support of the company’s sales and marketing efforts. Key accountabilities: Identify, analyze and establish key accounts together with the Sales Director within the territory of responsibilities. Maintain a strong network of contacts in target accounts and markets. Understand key accounts buying processes, key drivers – formally feed intelligence back to Sales Director. Deliver against sales and account growth targets. Manage customer communications for requests on price, availability and lead time for the sale of parts. Actively quote customers when not traveling Help to manage and solve client conflicts. Diligently input and maintain accurate and comprehensive accounts information in your region and utilize data on a consistent basis to generate sales. Prepare customer visit plans with the Sales Director within budget and report results of the meetings. Represent the company at trade events, conferences and other promotional functions. Utilize creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to proactively develop new ideas and/or creative marketing programs to stimulate customer interest and demand. Other duties and support for global teams as directed by the Sales Director. Key skills and competences: Develop collaborative working relationships. Manage multiple tasks seamlessly and adapts to the work environment. Clearly communicates in verbal and written form to all levels. Show a passion for the customer, fellow employees and the business that we’re in. Must be able to interact professionally with management, peers and customers. Must have strong negotiating skills and knowledge of aviation products. Enjoy travelling and ability to manage extensive travel schedule.

Qualifications

Experience and qualifications: Aviation sales track record required. Proven track record of relationship building in commercial aircraft spare parts, preferably in the aftermarket segment.
