Accounting Assistant

What this role is about As an Accounting Analyst, you’ll play a key role in keeping Keedian’s financial operations accurate, organized, and running smoothly. You’ll support core accounting, treasury, and payroll processes while helping ensure the reliability of financial information across the company. This role combines day-to-day accounting execution with analytical work, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvement. You’ll work closely with the Accounting, Treasury & Payroll Manager and collaborate with multiple teams across the organization to support financial accuracy and operational efficiency. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and highly reliable — someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving discrepancies, improving processes, and bringing structure to fast-moving environments. Responsibilities
Accounting Operations Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records Support month-end and year-end close activities Perform reconciliations across bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, credit cards, and intercompany transactions Payroll, Treasury & Financial Support Support payroll validations and resolve discrepancies Assist with cash tracking, treasury operations, and cash flow reporting Help maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable processes Financial Analysis & Reporting Build and maintain Excel-based reports and financial analysis Identify discrepancies, trends, or operational inconsistencies in financial data Prepare documentation and schedules for audits and compliance reviews Cross-functional Collaboration & Process Improvement Work with multiple teams to validate financial information and improve reporting accuracy Identify opportunities to automate or improve accounting and operational workflows
Requirements
We are looking for a strong execution-oriented accounting profile with analytical capability and attention to detail.
