Country Manager - Norway

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

👋 Who are we? Nordhealth (OB:NORDH) is the leading provider of cloud-based Practice Information Management Software (PIMS) to veterinary and therapy professionals. Over the last three years, we have grown our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and team size by almost 10x. Today, more than 30,000 therapy and veterinary professionals use our software everyday to help treat over 20 million patients annually across 35+ countries. It’s been an exciting growth journey so far and we are just getting started. Our mission is to enable healthcare professionals to deliver better patient care through software, with a goal to help serve over 200 million patients by 2030. In support of this growth mission, in May 2021, Nordhealth raised €120M through a public-listing on Euronext Growth Oslo stock exchange. Nordhealth is a remote-first company, headquartered in Helsinki, Finland. Our 430+ employees work either remotely or from offices/collaboration hubs. While our market presence is currently strongest in the Nordics, our customer base is rapidly growing in North America and Europe, with clients in the US, UK, Spain and many others. For more information, visit our company’s website at www.nordhealth.com About the role We are here to create great healthcare products. That’s at our very core, but it’s the people who make companies great, not the other way around. We spend more time with our co-workers than anyone else in our lives. Being part of an exceptional team is not only important for your personal mindfulness but key for your professional progression. We’re looking for a founder-mode Country Manager to own and accelerate Nordhealth’s growth in Norway. The product is proven, the customer base exists — the opportunity now is expansion, penetration, and velocity. You’ll own growth across Norway end to end. That means expanding existing accounts, pushing upsell of AI and adjacent products, winning net-new business, and forcing momentum across functions when deals or renewals are at stake. This role reports directly to the CEO. This is a high-autonomy, high-velocity role. You’ll have dedicated support across product, marketing, and customer success — but no ready-made playbook. You’ll write it. You’ll shape the next phase of a Nordic category leader. 🚀 Your Mission Own growth Drive new sales through smart outbound and inbound strategies. Experiment, iterate, win. Build a repeatable pipeline across new logos and whitespace within the existing base. Grow key accounts Personally drive key accounts — expand product usage and turn satisfied customers into materially larger ones. Push upsell of AI-driven offerings and adjacent products into the existing customer base. Own retention: keep NRR high through proactive account management, QBRs, and early churn detection. Build alliances Strengthen and activate relationships with Norwegian healthcare associations, unions, and networks that directly generate demand. Develop co-marketing with partners to drive brand trust and inbound leads at scale. Fuel awareness Lead the field marketing motion — webinars, referrals, testimonials, events. Your key responsibilities include: Lead and grow the Norway commercial team, setting direction, coaching performance, and driving accountability. Personally own and close strategic deals and expansions. Work tightly with marketing, support, and product to unblock revenue. Act as the single-threaded owner of Norway ARR. Escalate fast and pull cross-functional help when growth or retention is at risk. What will help you to be successful in this role? Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. In addition, our humble wishlist includes: Founder-level ownership and accountability — you treat the P&L like it’s yours. Proven quota-carrying experience with real deals closed — new business and expansion. Strong account-growth instincts: you understand land-and-expand, churn economics, and NRR levers. High energy, high standards, zero tolerance for stagnation. Comfort pushing peers and senior stakeholders when growth is at risk. Experience in a startup or scale-up environment. Familiarity with the Norwegian healthcare landscape — associations, procurement norms, and buying cycles — is a strong plus. Fluent in Norwegian; working proficiency in English. What’s in it for you? At Nordhealth, we do things a little bit differently. We value continuous improvement, diverse teams and autonomy which drive our collaboration. Our global healthcare domain is rapidly developing and we are seeking colleagues who enjoy working in this type of environment. 🌎 In addition, we offer: The chance to work in a meaningful industry and in a fast-growing, global company on a path to changing digital healthcare Competitive compensation and benefits Learning and professional growth opportunities The tools you need, and enjoy using Frequent company events and talented colleagues from around the world If you enjoy working in a fast-growing and international environment with the possibility to make an impact, this might be the perfect job for you. Apply now! We'll fill the position as soon as we find the right person.
