Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for an Fertility RN Coordinator - Team Lead to join our team remote team at Shady Grove Fertility. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with two weekends and two holidays per year Compensation: $100,000 + annually (commensurate with experience) This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day. In this role, the Fertility RN Coordinator - Team Lead will: Help to plan and organize Clinical Services responsibilities to increase staff efficiency and best utilize the staffs’ skills and abilities Help to set goals for Clinical Services staff and motivates staff to accomplish the goals Coordinate the effective delivery of patient services by monitoring patient flow and program operations. Assist with the training and orientation of staff. Administer performance appraisal evaluations for clinical staff Assist in addressing and resolving day-to-day issues that pertain to clinical operations. Assist primary nurses with coverage as needed and monitors workloads Handle patient issues/complaints What You’ll Bring We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter. Qualifications and Skills Include: Fertility Experience is Required - 2 years minimum Valid RN License or willing to obtain upon hire. BS in nursing, healthcare administration, education, or business management required. Leadership/Supervisory experience preferred Ability to work well independently and demonstrate good judgment along with the ability to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team Knowledge of clinical procedures, program operations, computer software, and equipment.
