Role Overview

arenaflex is seeking a technically adept Customer Success Engineer who thrives at the intersection of generative AI development and client enablement. In this role you will act as the primary post‑sales technical advocate, guiding customers through onboarding, implementation, and long‑term adoption of our GenAI evaluation and observability platform. You will combine deep technical expertise with a passion for customer success to ensure that every client extracts maximum value from arenaflex’s capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Implementation – Lead customers through the initial setup of the arenaflex platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing AI pipelines, data stores, and deployment environments.
  • Solution Customization – Work closely with client engineering teams to tailor arenaflex’s evaluation and monitoring features to specific use‑cases, such as retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), multi‑agent orchestration, and compliance reporting.
  • Go‑Live Support – Provide hands‑on technical assistance during production roll‑outs, troubleshooting integration challenges, and guaranteeing that performance SLAs are met.
  • Technical Advisory – Serve as the trusted technical point of contact, translating complex AI concepts into actionable recommendations for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Issue Diagnosis & Resolution – Diagnose and resolve intricate technical problems related to model latency, data drift, evaluation metric anomalies, and platform scalability.
  • Process Innovation – Identify opportunities to embed AI‑driven automation into the customer success workflow, improving efficiency and delivering proactive insights.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partner with product management, engineering, and support teams to relay customer feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and co‑create new features.
  • Customer Advocacy – Capture and articulate customer success stories, challenges, and feature requests, championing the voice of the client within arenaflex.
  • Training & Enablement – Design and deliver technical workshops, webinars, and self‑service documentation that empower customers to become independent power users of the arenaflex platform.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, solutions engineering, or technical consulting, preferably within AI/ML, data‑intensive software, or cloud‑based platforms.
  • Hands‑on experience building, deploying, or maintaining large language model (LLM) applications and agentic workflows using frameworks such as arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, or comparable toolsets.
  • Strong understanding of GenAI architectures, including retrieval‑augmented generation, multi‑agent orchestration, and the operational challenges of scaling reliable AI services.
  • Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, with the ability to write production‑grade code, debug integration issues, and guide customers through custom development tasks.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving long‑term adoption and expansion.
  • Self‑motivated learner with a track record of staying ahead of emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across engineering, product, and support functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a machine‑learning engineer or AI developer who transitioned into a customer‑facing role.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries such as arenaflex, arenaflex, and arenaflex APIs.
  • Proven success in onboarding customers onto complex technical platforms, driving rapid time‑to‑value.
  • Experience addressing GenAI evaluation, monitoring, or observability challenges in production environments.
  • Ability to act autonomously, make thoughtful decisions with minimal supervision, and influence outcomes across teams.
