The Role: Customer Success Manager

Overview
arenaflex is seeking a proactive, analytical, and relationship‑focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to champion our fast‑growing customer base across China and other Asian markets. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding developers and marketers to extract maximum value from arenaflex’s platform, improve user acquisition performance, and solve complex technical and marketing challenges.
Your Core Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for Chinese‑speaking developers, delivering day‑to‑day support, strategic consulting, and technical guidance.
Educate customers on attribution, reporting, campaign analysis, and user acquisition performance, translating complex data into actionable insights.
Lead onboarding sessions, product trainings, and feature walkthroughs in Mandarin, ensuring rapid time‑to‑value.
Partner with product and engineering teams to triage, escalate, and resolve technical issues, maintaining a high standard of service reliability.
Gather and synthesize product feedback, championing customer‑driven enhancements within internal road‑maps.
Collaborate with the sales organization to identify upsell and renewal opportunities, leveraging strong relationships to drive revenue growth.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to create localized educational content, webinars, and knowledge‑base articles for Mandarin‑speaking users.
Monitor churn indicators, develop proactive retention strategies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer journey.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline.
1–2 years of experience in mobile user acquisition (UA), game publishing, client success, ad tech, consulting, or a closely related field.
Native‑level Mandarin proficiency and fluent English communication skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building abilities.
Strong analytical mindset with comfort navigating dashboards, data visualizations, and performance metrics.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and prioritize competing demands.
Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills
Background as a publishing manager or user acquisition manager for mobile games or apps.
Familiarity with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) and ad networks—experience with arenaflex (formerly known as AppsFlyer, TikTok Ads, Facebook, Unity) is a plus.
Hands‑on experience supporting global advertising campaigns or mobile app launches.
Basic knowledge of SQL or other data‑querying languages to extract custom reports.
Ability to explain SDKs, APIs, and attribution concepts to non‑technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
