  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve delivery challenges—such as equipment breakdowns, site access restrictions, or customer changes—quickly and professionally.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Accurately record delivery details, customer interactions, and any service incidents, maintaining a clear audit trail for compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Safety Advocacy: Promote and enforce safety protocols throughout the dispatch process, ensuring that all drivers adhere to arenaflex’s safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service, dispatch, or logistics coordination role, preferably within the construction or materials industry.
