Key Responsibilities

Point‑of‑Sale Operations

  • Operate assigned cash registers accurately, handling cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining a balanced till.
  • Process transactions such as voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with arenaflex policies.
  • Recommend add‑on or trade‑up items, increasing basket size while keeping the focus on customer value.
  • Maintain a clean, organized checkout area, ensuring all equipment is functional and well‑stocked.

Merchandising & Inventory Management

  • Keep aisles, counters, and shelves tidy, well‑merchandised, and stocked with the latest promotions.
  • Execute inventory counts, receive shipments, and price merchandise accurately under the direction of the store manager or shift leader.
  • Apply first‑in, first‑out (FIFO) principles for perishable items, rotating stock to minimize waste.
  • Assist in building and refreshing seasonal displays, promotional signage, and specialty sections.

Asset Protection & Compliance

  • Follow arenaflex’s asset protection procedures to identify and prevent potential loss.
  • Adhere to state and local regulations regarding restricted products such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco.
  • Report any suspicious activity or policy violations to management immediately.

Digital Order Fulfillment (Web Pick‑Up)

  • Monitor online orders through arenaflex’s “Picture Care Plus” system, picking items accurately and preparing them for customer pickup.
  • Communicate order status to customers, ensuring a smooth handoff at the store front.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized pick‑up area that reflects arenaflex’s brand standards.

Photo Services & Creative Solutions

  • Operate the photo kiosk, assisting customers with passport photos, poster prints, and creative merchandise.
  • Suggest additional photo products and upgrades, enhancing the overall value of the service.
  • Troubleshoot common equipment issues and coordinate with technical support when needed.

Store Maintenance & Team Collaboration

  • Participate in daily cleaning routines, ensuring both interior and exterior store areas are presentable.
  • Support teammates by covering shifts, sharing best practices, and contributing to a respectful workplace culture.
  • Complete special projects or assignments as directed by management, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.

Essential Qualifications
