Position Overview
We are actively seeking motivated At‑Home Contact Center Specialists to join our remote workforce in the Triad Area. In this role, you will engage with inbound and outbound callers, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and support a range of client‑driven programs such as insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting. The position is available on both a full‑time and part‑time basis, with a mandatory two‑week virtual training program to ensure you are fully equipped to represent arenaflex and our clients with professionalism and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls in a courteous, professional manner.
- Qualify callers for a variety of client programs, including but not limited to appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting.
- Accurately capture and document call details in the designated CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with client guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge after the nesting period, staying up‑to‑date on any changes to client offerings or processes.
- Demonstrate active listening, empathy, and problem‑solving skills to address caller inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Adhere to all compliance, privacy, and security standards, especially when handling sensitive health or financial information.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance specialists to continuously improve call performance metrics.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions, coaching calls, and performance reviews to refine skills and achieve personal targets.
- Maintain a quiet, distraction‑free workspace and ensure all technical equipment meets arenaflex’s minimum specifications.

Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, friendly, and articulate speaking voice.
- Working knowledge of Windows‑based operating systems and proficiency with Google Chrome or equivalent browsers.
- Ability to demonstrate product knowledge and call handling proficiency after the nesting period.
- Adaptability to a fast‑changing environment and willingness to learn new tools and processes quickly.
- Own a dedicated home workstation that meets the following minimum requirements:
- Processor: Intel Core i5 2.1 GHz or better (or AMD Ryzen 5 equivalent).
- Operating System: Windows 10 (32‑bit/64‑bit) or higher.
- RAM: 8 GB or more.
- Webcam and reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
- Commitment to attend a mandatory two‑week virtual training program (Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm EST / 8 am‑4 pm CST).
- Ability to maintain a professional, quiet workspace throughout the workday.

Compensation & Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive hourly wage of $10.00 per hour for regular shifts, with a reduced rate of $7.25 per hour during the initial training period. In addition to base pay, eligible full‑time employees can access a comprehensive benefits package after a 90‑day probationary period, including:
