Why This Role Matters

As a Senior Integrations Specialist on the Customer Experience team, you will be the go‑to authority for ERP and HRIS integration challenges. arenaflex’s ERP integrations are a core differentiator, delivering automated data flows that free finance teams from repetitive manual tasks. You will own the most complex, high‑sensitivity cases, working across platforms such as arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, and arenaflex. Your expertise will directly influence product roadmaps, improve system reliability, and elevate the overall customer experience.

This position blends advanced technical troubleshooting, customer‑facing support, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will not only execute existing playbooks—you will author them, establishing best‑in‑class processes that empower the broader support organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expert Support Delivery: Serve as the primary escalation point for ERP/HRIS integration issues via chat, email, and live video sessions.
  • Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve 85‑95% of escalated sync and configuration problems without requiring engineering intervention.
  • Systems Leadership: Identify platform gaps, propose architectural enhancements, and champion system‑level improvements in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams.
  • Documentation Ownership: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for edge cases, systemic failures, error indexes, and knowledge‑base articles.
  • Enablement & Mentorship: Conduct enablement workshops, mentor Integration Specialists, and disseminate expertise across the team.
  • Product Insight Contribution: Translate recurring customer friction into actionable product feedback, influencing roadmap prioritization.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure seamless handoffs and unified customer journeys.
  • Live Debugging Sessions: Lead real‑time troubleshooting calls with customers, guiding them through complex configuration steps.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience supporting ERP/HRIS integrations or delivering B2B SaaS customer solutions.
  • Demonstrated success resolving intricate sync or configuration issues in at least one of the following platforms: arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, or arenaflex.
  • Proven ability to leverage customer insights and support data to drive product improvements and influence engineering priorities.
  • Strong judgment in ambiguous situations, with a track record of making decisive calls and coaching peers.
  • Comfort navigating configuration consoles, admin panels, and cross‑system troubleshooting tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience with support tools such as arenaflex, arenaflex, or comparable ticketing systems.
  • Basic familiarity with APIs, data formats (CSV, JSON), and accounting software integration patterns.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a customer‑first mindset.
  • Willingness to lead customer‑facing calls and drive action in cross‑functional settings.

  • Hands‑on experience configuring arenaflex (macros, triggers, custom objects).
  • Proficiency with SQL or the ability to interpret JSON/API payloads.
