Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Customer Service Excellence: Greet passengers with a friendly, professional demeanor, answer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide assistance to travelers with special needs, including wheelchair support and other accommodations.
  • Ground Operations Mastery: Load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail; operate ground service equipment such as baggage carts, tugs, belt loaders, and push‑back tractors safely and efficiently.
  • Turnaround Coordination: Communicate clearly with pilots, flight crew, and internal departments to synchronize aircraft servicing, fueling, cleaning, and catering activities, ensuring on‑time departures.
  • Safety & Security Compliance: Follow all arenaflex safety protocols, FAA regulations, and TSA guidelines; conduct pre‑operational equipment checks and report any hazards immediately.
  • Ramp Maintenance: Keep the ramp area, baggage handling facilities, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for the next flight cycle.

Essential Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

  • Strong verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly to passengers, crew, and internal teams.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
