About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of enterprise‑level clients, guiding them through the full lifecycle of our workplace equity solutions. You will partner closely with C‑suite leaders, HR and compensation analysts, and internal cross‑functional teams to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes, maintain compliance, and extract maximum value from our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end relationships with assigned enterprise accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all success‑related initiatives.
  • Deliver strategic guidance on comprehensive workplace equity programs, helping clients design, implement, and continuously improve pay‑fairness strategies.
  • Conduct deep‑dive analyses of compensation data, translate findings into clear business recommendations, and support clients in addressing identified gaps.
  • Collaborate with Implementation, Sales, Product, and Subject‑Matter Experts to orchestrate seamless onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing support.
  • Identify renewal and expansion opportunities, drive upsell conversations, and contribute to the creation of referenceable customer stories.
  • Provide thought leadership by staying abreast of evolving pay‑equity legislation, industry trends, and best practices, and share insights with both clients and internal product teams.
  • Influence product roadmap by communicating client feedback, emerging needs, and market demands to the Product Development organization.
  • Participate in advanced training programs to deepen expertise in statistical analysis, equity analytics, and AI‑driven compensation modeling.
  • Champion arenaflex’s customer service strategy, offering recommendations that improve onboarding, communication cadence, and long‑term engagement.
  • Mentor junior team members, share best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client‑facing role.
  • Demonstrated success managing large enterprise accounts, preferably Fortune 100 organizations.
  • Track record of engaging and influencing C‑suite executives, SVPs, and senior HR leaders.
  • Deep passion for equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, with a genuine desire to close pay gaps.
  • Self‑starter mindset; comfortable working independently while thriving in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—tailored to audiences ranging from technical analysts to executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to articulate the business value of workplace fairness solutions and support Account Management teams with renewals and upsell initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities; adept at juggling multiple priorities and delivering results on schedule.
  • Curiosity and willingness to explore all facets of the platform, uncovering new opportunities to meet customer needs.
  • Comfort with leveraging AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and drive customer success.
  • Residency in the New York City Metro Area, ability to work Eastern/ Central Time hours, and legal authorization to work in the United States.

  • Experience in HR technology, compensation analytics, or related SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with pay‑equity legislation (e.g., EEOC, GDPR, UK Equality Act) and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in data‑driven storytelling—turning complex statistical outputs into clear, actionable business narratives.
  • Background in consulting or professional services, with a focus on change management and stakeholder alignment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive product adoption through training, workshops, and executive briefings.
  • Passion for continuous learning—eagerness to attend industry conferences, webinars, and internal knowledge‑sharing sessions.

By the three‑month mark, you will be fully ramped, managing your own portfolio and independently conducting pay‑equity analyses. Six months in, you will be influencing strategic decisions, guiding enterprise‑wide equity initiatives, and shaping product direction.

Long‑term, successful Customer Success Managers can progress to Senior Customer Success Lead, Enterprise Success Director, or even Product Strategy roles, depending on your interests and strengths. Compensation, Perks & Benefits

We offer a competitive, geo‑neutral compensation package that reflects your experience and impact. Base salary ranges from $99,000 – $116,000, complemented by a performance‑based variable component of up to 20%. In addition, you will receive:
