What You Will Be Doing

• Reaching out to new inbound leads within 24 hours and beginning admissions discussions by phone
• Describing Novatio School's virtual model and enrollment procedures in straightforward, accessible language
• Maintaining steady follow-up to advance families from inquiry through application to enrollment
• Recording all interactions in a CRM with precise notes, next steps, and pipeline status updates
• Planning and conducting local recruitment events in Texas or Arizona to showcase the school and collect new leads

• Allowing inbound leads to remain uncontacted while you focus on administrative tasks
• Adhering to rigid scripts or functioning like a high-volume call center agent
• Participating in events passively without actively engaging or generating leads

• Located in Texas or Arizona and available to work in a hybrid capacity
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or another customer-facing role
• Experience working with children or families (schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, or similar)
• Comfortable with frequent phone calls and guiding families through multi-step processes
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
• Familiarity with CRM systems or digital lead tracking tools

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Experience in admissions, enrollment, inside sales, or lead qualification roles
• Experience planning or presenting at community events or outreach programs
• Coursework or background in communications, education, or a related field
