The role involves conducting in-depth research, producing written reports on government and public sector topics, and analyzing policies and developments. Responsibilities include collaborating with the team to develop content for commissioned research and journalistic projects, reporting on local and national government initiatives, and creating professional summaries or publications for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Government Relations and Local Government
- Expertise in Public Sector analysis and related fields
- Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills
- Proven ability to conduct meticulous and independent research
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Journalism, or a related field
- Familiarity with U.S. government policies and institutions
- Previous experience in professional writing or research roles is a plus
