Occupational Therapy Remote - New York

A contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist specializing in telehealth services within a school setting. This fully remote position allows for flexibility and the ability to provide essential therapy services virtually, supporting students' developmental and functional needs. Work will be conducted through a comprehensive virtual platform designed to enhance service delivery. This platform includes a variety of assessments, interactive learning materials, and provides access to a Zoom Pro account for seamless teletherapy sessions. Additionally, the role offers clinical and technical support to ensure effective and efficient treatment plans. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting occupational therapy assessments and interventions via telehealth for school-aged children.
• Collaborating with educators and families to tailor therapy goals and improve student outcomes.
• Documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and other necessary reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Utilizing the virtual platforms tools and resources to deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license with relevant telehealth experience.
