This is a rare hybrid opportunity: primarily remote/telehealth-based with just one in-person facility day per week, giving you the best of both worlds. Primarily remote/telehealth - work from home most of the week One dedicated in-person facility day per week in the East Tennessee area "Round and go" model - you're never in a facility any longer than necessary Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle and work/life balance goals Full-time or part-time arrangements available Typical caseload: 10-12 patients per day within a standard 8-hour day Compensation and Earning Potential

Who We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you must be a fully licensed mental health professional who can practice and bill independently in Tennessee. Eligible license types include:
- Licensed professional counselor (LPC)
- Licensed mental health counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT)
Experience in long-term care, or medical settings is a plus, but compassion, clinical strength, and a passion for underserved populations matter most.
