Remote Medical Transcriptionist / Medical Scribe

Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and highly dependable Remote Medical Transcriptionist / Medical Scribe to join our fast-growing virtual healthcare support team. Key Responsibilities

Transcribe voice-recorded medical reports and convert them into written text with high accuracy.

Edit and review transcribed reports for grammatical and factual errors.

Listen carefully to dictation from healthcare providers and ensure correct usage of medical terminology.

Accurately document physician-patient interactions in real time as a virtual scribe during telemedicine sessions.

Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMRs) in compliance with HIPAA and other data protection standards.

Meet strict turnaround time requirements without compromising quality.

• Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and medical terminology.

Exceptional listening skills and attention to detail.

Fast and accurate typing skills (at least 60 WPM preferred).

Proficiency with transcription software and EMR systems.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical transcription or scribing (required).
