What You'll Do

As an HR Business Partner, you'll be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on problem solver, helping our leaders and teams perform at their best in a fast-paced environment. Your work will directly impact how our teams feel, grow, and deliver care every day. As part of our People & Culture team, you'll help shape the heart of the organization by building strong partnerships, elevating culture, and creating people practices that make a real difference. This is a hybrid position based out of Virginia. The role will require regular travel within the Region. While the ideal candidate will be based in Virginia, we will consider qualified candidates residing in any location where the company operates. In compliance with the applicable laws, the compensation range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and geographic location. This is not a traditional "paperwork HR" role. Requirements

You'll Need to Bring Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field 3+ years of HR Generalist or Business Partner experience Preferably you invested in yourself with an HR certification (ex.
