Senior Director Analyst – CRM, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service & Support
Job Description:
- Create innovative and thought provoking insights content
- Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership
- Research, analyze and predict market trends to provide actionable insights
- Create and deliver high value presentation materials for Gartner events
- Support BTI and Sales; provide sales support serving as voice of the market Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
- 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
- Deep expertise in CRM platforms and customer engagement architectures
- Proven ability to analyze and anticipate CRM market trends
- Demonstrated experience advising or leading CRM functions at technology vendors or consulting firms
- Comprehensive knowledge of the global CRM landscape
- Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills Benefits:
