Brand & Motion Designer
Job Description:
- Ad creative and blog assets that translate complex topics into work that's considered, visual, and well-crafted
- Layout and editorial design for guides, reports, and collateral with a strong eye for typography, hierarchy, spacing, and grid systems
- Motion design and video editing that brings static assets and product spotlights to life
- Cross-functional collaboration with brand, content, product, and digital marketing teams
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of design experience with a portfolio showing illustration, editorial design, and conceptual range
- Able to execute motion design and video editing independently in After Effects and Premiere Pro (or equivalents)
- Figma fluency, and a habit of pulling references, building moodboards, and designing inside a layered brand system
- Familiarity with AI and generative image tools
- Self-directed, communicative in writing, and able to overlap with PST timezone morning meetings at least twice a week
- Bonus points for accessibility awareness such as WCAG color contrast and inclusive design principles.
