Remote Senior Community Program Manager - Mental Health Services
Our client is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to improving community well-being through accessible mental health services. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Community Program Manager to lead and expand our remote service delivery initiatives. This fully remote position will focus on developing, implementing, and overseeing community-based mental health programs, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes for participants. You will be responsible for managing program staff, fostering partnerships with local organizations, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and funding requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health program management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep commitment to serving vulnerable populations. Experience in grant writing and reporting is highly desirable. Responsibilities: Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of community-based mental health programs, primarily delivered remotely. Manage a team of program coordinators, case managers, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement program policies, procedures, and quality assurance measures to ensure effective service delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare providers, and non-profit partners. Oversee program budgets, manage grant funding, and ensure financial accountability and compliance. Develop and submit grant proposals and reports to secure funding and demonstrate program impact. Monitor program outcomes, collect data, and analyze results to inform program improvements and strategic decisions. Ensure all programs adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality protocols, and relevant legal/regulatory requirements. Facilitate training sessions for staff, volunteers, and community partners on mental health topics and program protocols. Advocate for the needs of program participants and represent the organization in community forums and public awareness campaigns. Stay informed about current trends, best practices, and research in mental health and community services. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field. 5-7 years of progressive experience in program management within the non-profit or community health sector, with a focus on mental health services. Demonstrated experience in managing staff and leading teams. Strong understanding of mental health principles, therapeutic interventions, and community support systems. Proven ability to develop and manage program budgets and secure funding through grant writing. Excellent knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in social services. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and project management skills. Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in public speaking and presentation. Proficiency in using program management software and virtual collaboration tools.
