Oracle QA Engineer

We are currently looking for a Oracle QA Engineer, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team! Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Oracle applications (ERP Cloud or EBS).
- Validate system functionality against business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across Oracle modules.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business users to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring proper resolution and retesting.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating test activities and assisting business stakeholders.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure data integrity across systems.
- Maintain and update test documentation, including test scripts, test data, and execution reports.
- Participate in release validation and ensure quality standards are met prior to production deployment.
- Contribute to test automation initiatives and continuous improvement of QA processes.
Qualifications:
- 4–6+ years of experience in software testing, specifically within Oracle ERP environments (Cloud or EBS).
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing lifecycle, and defect management processes.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools ( JIRA, HP ALM).
- Familiarity with Oracle modules such as Financials, SCM, HCM, or Procurement.
- Ability to understand business processes and validate them within Oracle systems.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and testing purposes.
- Experience with test automation tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
- Must have experience working for US clients.
