Position Overview We're searching for a Seasonal Customer Love Associate to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity, with a preference for candidates based in Texas. As a Seasonal Customer Love Associate, you'll be the friendly voice and helping hand that guides our customers through their shopping journey. This is a seasonal position starting in September, coinciding with our summer peak season, with the potential opportunity to extend through the winter holidays and potentially transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.

Be Our Customer Voice: Share valuable customer feedback and product insights with internal teams including Merchandising, Operations, and Product Development.
