Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal marketing and content teams on SEO and content enablement initiatives, helping customers optimize their digital presence.
  • Gather feedback from training sessions and onboarding milestones to continuously improve curriculum, documentation, and product features.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing operations, customer success, or product enablement, preferably within a SaaS environment or a digital agency.
  • Hands‑on expertise with arenaflex (or comparable CRM/marketing automation platforms), demonstrating the ability to configure workflows, automate campaigns, and generate actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of delivering client‑facing training sessions, onboarding programs, or workshops that drive measurable adoption.
  • Solid foundation in SEO and content creation, enabling you to guide customers on best practices for organic visibility and content strategy.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to craft data‑driven examples and scripts that illustrate workflow automation concepts.
