Position Overview – Senior Customer Success Architect (West)

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Success Architect to join our West region team. This role is dedicated to guiding enterprise customers through data management, taxonomy design, and technical integration, ensuring that their product analytics data remains clean, reliable, and actionable. The ideal candidate is a curious problem‑solver who loves to understand “how things work” and “how they should work,” and who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

The role is open to candidates located in the West time zones (PST or MST). Preferred cities include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Advisory: Serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers design robust taxonomy structures, implement instrumentation best practices, and establish strong data governance frameworks.
  • Product Mastery: Demonstrate deep expertise in arenaflex’s analytics suite, guiding customers on integrating the platform into broader data flows and business processes.
  • Data Integration Leadership: Lead customers through the integration of arenaflex with their existing tech stacks, including data warehouses, pipelines, and third‑party tools.
  • Insight Generation: Gather, organize, and report on trends and customer insights to continuously improve internal processes, documentation, and service delivery.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Platform Support, and Customer Success Management teams to streamline workflows and enhance the overall data management experience.
  • Quarterly Travel: Participate in on‑site visits or regional events up to once per quarter to deepen relationships and gather direct feedback.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of customer‑facing technical experience, with a proven track record of engaging enterprise accounts.
  • Strong grasp of API/SDK concepts and modern development languages (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, Java, Python, Android, iOS, RESTful APIs).
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and deliver customer outcomes on time, while maintaining a high standard of execution.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for audiences of varying technical proficiency.
  • Positive, problem‑solving mindset and adaptability to thrive in a rapidly scaling organization.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Prior experience with SaaS solutions in product analytics, digital marketing, A/B testing, business intelligence, customer data platforms, or data warehouses/pipelines.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex’s integration ecosystem (formerly known as integration partners) and the ability to advise customers on best‑in‑class integrations.
  • Experience delivering consultative guidance on taxonomy design, data instrumentation, and governance at scale.
  • Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and champion data‑driven decision making across the organization.
