Position Overview – Remote (West Coast – PST or MST)

The Customer Success Manager will be a pivotal member of arenaflex’s growth engine. As the platform’s adoption expands, the value delivered to customers grows exponentially. Your mission will be to drive adoption, expand usage across multiple functions, and ensure that each customer realizes the full potential of arenaflex’s automation capabilities. You will partner closely with Sales, Support, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to create a seamless, end‑to‑end experience from onboarding through renewal.

Key Responsibilities

  • First‑Class Onboarding: Lead a smooth onboarding experience, ensuring that customer use cases and requirements are met on schedule and that early wins are captured.
  • Technical Advocacy: Translate complex customer needs into actionable feedback for internal technical teams, influencing product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
  • Business Reviews & Expansion: Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, uncover priorities, and identify new opportunities for platform expansion within existing and adjacent teams.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Collaborate with internal resources to develop account plans that align customer objectives with arenaflex use cases, driving deeper platform adoption.
  • Risk Management: Proactively detect risks to customer success, partner with Customer Success and Project Management teams to design and execute mitigation strategies.
  • Thought Leadership & Solution Design: Identify challenges that impact customers, provide thought leadership, and co‑develop process improvements, programs, or assets that solve real‑world problems.
  • Renewal & Advocacy: Craft and execute renewal plans, delivering strategic messaging to analysts, senior management, and C‑suite stakeholders that highlight the value of arenaflex.
  • Health Monitoring: Review account dashboards, usage metrics, login patterns, and workflow adoption to gauge customer health and proactively address gaps.

Essential Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a technical account management, customer success, or post‑sales role within a technology‑focused organization.
  • Hands‑on experience with SaaS solutions targeting technical teams (e.g., cybersecurity, DevOps, IT, or related domains).
  • Proven ability to ask insightful questions, uncover hidden problems, and translate technical requirements into clear, actionable items for internal teams.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, including how they are structured, authenticated, and integrated into automation workflows.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving adoption, expansion, and renewal in a B2B environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience working with security‑focused customers or teams, though exposure to broader IT and operations functions is equally valuable.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms, workflow orchestration tools, or low‑code/no‑code environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret usage data, identify trends, and recommend strategic actions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and building executive‑level relationships.
  • Self‑starter attitude with a collaborative spirit, thriving in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.
