Role Overview – Technical Analyst (MarTech, Ad Tech, & Customer Data Platforms)
arenaflex is seeking a proactive, self‑motivated Technical Analyst who will serve as the bridge between business objectives and technical execution within our MarTech, Ad Tech, and Customer Data Platform (CDP) landscape. This role is based in Dallas, TX, but offers full remote flexibility for the right candidate. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams—marketing, data engineering, product, and executive leadership—to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications and drive the adoption of next‑generation marketing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end analysis of marketing initiatives, translating business goals into functional requirements for arenaflex’s digital ecosystem.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, document, and prioritize user stories, use cases, and technical specifications that align with strategic objectives.
- Conduct deep‑dive research on emerging MarTech trends, ad‑tech integrations, and CDP capabilities, recommending solutions that enhance personalization, attribution, and ROI.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation—including functional specs, technical designs, data flow diagrams, and process maps—to ensure clarity and traceability.
- Produce executive‑level presentations and dashboards that communicate insights, project status, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Partner with data engineering to implement robust data pipelines, identity resolution processes, and governance frameworks that meet GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations.
- Analyze and optimize digital customer journeys, personalization strategies, and campaign performance using data‑driven methodologies.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement‑gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews to capture business needs and align expectations.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert on arenaflex Experience Cloud products, guiding teams on best practices for implementation and integration.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, proposing innovative solutions, and driving adoption of new MarTech tools.
Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role within a MarTech, Ad Tech, or digital marketing environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with arenaflex Experience Cloud suite—including arenaflex Analytics, arenaflex Target, arenaflex Campaign, and arenaflex Platform.
- Strong understanding of CDP concepts, identity resolution, data onboarding, and data governance best practices.
- Hands‑on experience with ad‑tech integrations such as arenaflex (formerly LiveRamp), data clean rooms, and third‑party data enrichment services.
- Proven ability to author clear functional and technical documentation, user stories, and process flows.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering compelling executive briefings.
- Solid grasp of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on marketing technology implementations.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision making and continuous optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with arenaflex Experience Manager Assets and arenaflex Experience Manager for content and asset management.
- Familiarity with additional marketing automation platforms such as arenaflex Marketing Cloud, arenaflex Experience Cloud, arenaflex, and arenaflex.
- Background in working with identity resolution and data enrichment services, including arenaflex, arenaflex, and data clean rooms.
- Certification in project management (PMP, Agile Scrum) or data analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics certification).
- Prior exposure to cloud‑based data warehouses and ETL tools.
