The Senior Manager – GTM Engineering & Customer Success is the operational heartbeat of arenaflex’s Named GTM Engineers (GTME). Key Responsibilities

  • Forecast & Enforce: Own the forecasting rhythm for the GTME book, driving accuracy, deal adherence, and timely interventions across all accounts.
  • Coach & Develop: Build an all‑star team of GTM Engineers by mentoring, training, and instilling a culture of rigor, detail orientation, and execution excellence.
  • Inspect & Intervene: Maintain continuous visibility into account health—monitor pipelines, usage signals, interventions, and outcomes to proactively address risks.
  • Scale & Optimize: Manage a pooled customer book, enforce efficient time management, and identify scalable interventions that can be replicated across the organization.
  • Lead by Example: Remain a “super‑doer,” demonstrating arenaflex‑native outbound builds, AI‑driven workflows, and signal‑based campaigns in real time.
  • Cross‑Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with RevOps, Customer Success, Sales Leadership, and Product teams to align on client outcomes and drive unified revenue strategies.
  • Quality Assurance: Review GTME deliverables—including workflows, managed configurations, and reports—to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to best practices.
  • Strategic Insight: Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that improve client adoption, credit consumption lift, seat expansions, and pipeline influence.

  • Deal Operator: You have a proven track record of running accurate forecasts, enforcing adherence, and establishing inspection rhythms that keep revenue motions predictable.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing high‑performing GTM or RevOps teams, preferably within a SaaS or technology‑driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive forecasting accuracy and enforce deal discipline across large, complex account portfolios.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret usage signals, pipeline data, and revenue metrics to inform strategic interventions.
  • Hands‑on experience building and executing AI‑driven outbound campaigns, including workflow automation and signal‑based targeting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of coaching and developing talent, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
