Our Customer Delight Team is the heart of the arenaflex experience. Every interaction you have with a customer is an opportunity to turn a routine inquiry into a memorable moment of joy. As a German‑Speaking Customer Support Associate, you will be the trusted voice for our German‑language shoppers, helping them navigate orders, resolve issues, and feel genuinely cared for across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, empathetic assistance to German‑speaking customers via email, WhatsApp, live chat, and phone.
  • Utilise Zendesk to log, track, and resolve inquiries, ensuring each ticket meets our quality standards.
  • Collaborate with teammates on Slack for real‑time knowledge sharing and escalation handling.
  • Occasionally support Dutch and English queues, leveraging translation tools to maintain seamless service across markets.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, contributing to a knowledge base that empowers the whole team.
  • Participate in daily and weekly team meetings, sharing insights, feedback, and best practices.
  • Engage with your manager for performance reviews, personal development plans, and career growth discussions.
  • Adhere to shift schedules that span 08:00‑19:00 GMT, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, with flexibility to meet business needs.
  • Meet and exceed quality and productivity targets while preserving a solution‑oriented, friendly demeanor.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluent German (both spoken and written) with strong English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer‑service or support role, preferably in e‑commerce or gifting.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve problems independently.
  • Empathy and the capacity to put yourself in the customer’s shoes.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a proactive “can‑do” attitude.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Familiarity with multichannel support platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, etc.).
  • Experience working in a fast‑growing, hybrid‑team environment across multiple countries.
  • Comfort with handling high‑volume email and chat queues while maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and product lines.
  • Passion for sustainability and alignment with B Corp values.
