- Data‑Driven Insight: Use SQL, data‑visualization tools, and analytics platforms to monitor product metrics, surface emerging trends in customer feedback, and provide actionable insights that drive product optimization.
- Systems & Process Development: Design, implement, and iterate on scalable systems that support the broader Applied organization—examples include feedback‑loop programs that synthesize customer needs from multiple channels and recurring execution sync meetings.
- Organizational Cadence: Partner with product leadership to manage critical cadence activities such as quarterly planning, goal‑setting workshops, and mid‑cycle check‑ins, ensuring alignment across all stakeholder groups.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Build strong, trust‑based relationships with Product, Engineering, GTM (Go‑to‑Market), and Support teams to align priorities, streamline communication, and accelerate business outcomes.
- Function Building: Contribute to the growth and maturity of the Product Operations discipline at arenaflex, establishing best practices, documentation, and mentorship pathways for future team members.
