Position Overview
The Customer Engagement Account Executive Lead role is a senior, client‑facing position that blends strategic account management, e‑commerce program development, and cross‑functional leadership. Reporting to the Director of Customer Engagement, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of digital energy‑efficiency initiatives for arenaflex’s utility partners and their residential customers. This includes cultivating high‑value relationships, driving revenue growth through marketplace and kit programs, and collaborating with internal teams—marketing, software development, supply chain, and operations—to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management
- Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with key e‑commerce accounts, including major online marketplaces, limited‑time offers, and bundled kit programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment on program goals, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities by analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Present quarterly business reviews and strategic recommendations to senior client leadership.
E‑Commerce Program Execution
- Lead the creation, optimization, and launch of product listings, ensuring compelling content, competitive pricing, and effective promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to craft targeted campaigns that drive traffic and conversion across digital channels.
- Work closely with the software development team to define technical requirements, scope, and success criteria for new site launches.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance (QA) activities to guarantee a flawless user experience.
- Provide comprehensive training and documentation on new promotions, ensuring internal teams are fully equipped to support rollout.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Facilitate regular communication between sales, product, engineering, and supply chain to maintain alignment on project milestones.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing client and account relationships, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in retail, e‑commerce, or energy‑efficiency program delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and translate insights into strategic actions.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits
