The role requires fluent business Spanish and a strong technical foundation, allowing you to serve as a strategic advisor to a portfolio of LATAM enterprise customers.
As a Product Analytics Strategist at arenaflex, you will partner with senior product, analytics, and growth leaders to translate data into actionable strategies that accelerate adoption, improve key product metrics, and generate long‑term value for both our customers and arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers’ Product, Analytics, and Growth teams to define strategic objectives, set measurable goals, and execute data‑driven plans that move critical product metrics such as activation, retention, and conversion.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders—including Chief Product Officers, VPs of Product, and Heads of Analytics—guiding them on how to leverage arenaflex to inform product roadmaps, prioritize experiments, and drive evidence‑based decision‑making.
- Lead strategic business reviews and deep‑dive analytics workshops that showcase impact, surface growth opportunities, and align product initiatives with business outcomes.
- Translate product usage signals, health metrics, and cohort analyses into clear, concise recommendations that improve user activation, reduce churn, and increase revenue.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Services teams to channel customer feedback into product enhancements, adoption programs, and new feature rollouts.
- Develop and codify best‑practice playbooks, templates, and frameworks that enable customers to scale evidence‑based product development across their organizations.
- Travel up to 5‑10 days per month to on‑site customer locations in Texas, Georgia, South Florida, and other LATAM hubs to deepen relationships and deliver hands‑on workshops.
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or Product Analytics roles within SaaS or digital‑first environments.
- Hands‑on expertise with product analytics tools (arenaflex, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Heap, etc.) and a proven track record of using data to shape product strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to drive core product metrics—activation, retention, conversion—through analytics‑driven prioritization and rapid experimentation.
- Experience delivering measurable growth by aligning roadmap bets to a clear KPI tree and rigorously instrumenting impact.
- Fluent business Spanish (required) with the ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to senior executives in both English and Spanish.
- Strong technical acumen: comfortable discussing events, properties, cohorts, basic experimentation, and implementation considerations; quick to learn new tools and collaborate with engineering and data teams.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—able to turn sophisticated analysis into concise, actionable recommendations for senior audiences.
Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills
- Familiarity with modern AI/LLM models and their practical product use cases; ability to identify pragmatic AI opportunities, define success metrics, and maintain awareness of data privacy and responsible AI principles.
